For life-threatening emergencies or immediate examinations of your pet, we are available to you and your protégé 24 hours a day, every day of the year - this also applies to weekends and holidays!
Outside of our office hours, we ask you to visit us in the clinic without making an appointment by phone. Here we are available around the clock for your animal with our emergency team on site (Online route planner).
We always have several veterinarians on site during the day and at night!
We would like to inform you in advance that according to the Veterinary Fee Schedule (Gebührenordnung für Tierärzte = GOT), emergency service surcharges must be charged for both treatments and medications.
In addition, we ask for your understanding that on all Sundays and public holidays no fecal samples can be given in the small animal clinic. We are happy to be available for this during our regular opening hours. The collection of medication and food is also only possible during consultation hours.
According to the Veterinary Fee Schedule (GOT), we are legally obliged to charge a fixed emergency service fee of 50 € plus VAT during night and emergency service hours, in addition to the increased fee rates.
